I've read the AVDL Committee Draft with great interest. I am currently serving on the WAS TC Committee, working on the part of the specification for the application protection. I am also the author of mod_security (http://www.modsecurity.org). Both specifications are related to my efforts in the web security field. I want to understand ADVL and see how it relates to WAS, and I also want to contribute to future releases.
