On BCM's home page it is announced:

"The BCM team is pleased to announce that the OASIS BCM V1.0 specifications are now recently approved as Committee Draft Specifications according to the OASIS approved process. 

The documents are the OASIS/Business Centric Methodology Specification V1.0 and the Appendix A and B on patterns and linking and switching support."

When downloading those documents you only get version 0.10 of the first one and the last one contains only Version 0.01 Appendix B: Linking and Switching with Context and Choice Points.

How do you explain the difference in versioning here?
