Regrets for inaugural BCM meeting 9 June 03

Dear Bruce,

I was fully intending to call in to the inaugural OASIS BCM TC telecon
this Monday (9 June 03), but I now find that I have to leave Sunday for
a short trip to the USA.  Will not be back until Wednesday, so please
accept my regrets.

I hope to join you on the next occasion.
