XACML and EPR

At some point the applicability of Sun's work needs to be examined - and 
the potential for using
XACML  scripts and EPR folder mechanisms together explored.

I suspect that creating EPR folder property nodes is the way to go - and 
then associate XACML
access profiles to those.
