Yesterday's Call

Hi all

I dropped off yesterday's call because the static totally eliminated the ability to hear or say anything. I wanted to say I fully endorse the comments being made ( I think by Paul) that what we publish is understandable to the business management. That is imperative to get useability of the work we are doing. And while I find most everyone agrees with the statement all too frequently it doesn't happen. And one of the reasons is that the technical people who contributed to the formation are unwilling to defer when it comes time to distribution. They do not get challenged, or if they do it is taken personally; the end result is a document that the technical people feel comfortable with and the decision-makers do not. Without that sense they understand it checkbooks stay buried in their pockets.

 

So I agree but caution that the saying is not only the first step but maybe the easiest!
