Subject: Involving marineXML projects in OASIS BCM,CAM and EPR work ?
Hi Here is the background links as agreed upon from last BCM teleconf ( 25. Jyly 2005) I will suggest that PA Fronth Nyhus invites to be a guest presenter in a coming BCM teleconf. PA Fronth Nyhus is one of my new ITI-coordinators involved in EPR-forum and specialized in the marine biology application area now being introduced for the OASIS BCM and CAM work. As you will see this is an enormous area to coordinate so we need to start to focus on some small (financed) demo projects. We need to implement a Superstructure Portal based on EPR modeling that collect and administrate some information from several underlying portals/technologies. PA Fronth Nyhus has a background from the life sciences and experimental biology (developmental biology/neurobiology) bioinformatics systems biology , project management and strategic management of new technologies, systems of innovation studies (STS /ESST standards and IPR) and teaching in the life and basic sciences. Here is some background documents reports and .xsd and .owl formated ontologies he has given me: XML Based Framework for Prototype Marine Glossary / Final Prototype Ontological Structures (D8, D9) http://ioc3.unesco.org/marinexml/contents.php?id=33 Final Report of the ICES/IOC Study Group on the Development of Marine Data Exchange Systems using XML http://ioc3.unesco.org/marinexml/contents.php?id=30 Feasability study: Test Case study/ Pilot proposal : TSOA :One-up, One-down more to come: The making and use of templates based on .xsd in traceability of seafood products data (Keywords :webservices, auditing, tracing ,BCM, CAMs, EPRengine .owl , Transportation code ) Refs of relevance : http://europa.eu.int/eur-lex/pri/en/oj/dat/2002/l_031/l_03120020201en00010024.pdf CWA 14659 CWA 14660 http://www.fda.gov/oc/bioterrorism/bioact.html http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~pn/pnqagui2.html http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/fsbtac13.html http://www.ean-int.org/ http://www.ean-ucc.org/ Best regards Hans Aanesen IT&Integration AS EPR-forum
