Subject: experience using the BCM
This is a formal note to the TC confirming experience using the BCM specification.
The BCM guidelines are currently being referenced by a Metlife project that is creating a semantic layer of ontological structures associated with service management business processing.
The project also leverages my experience applying BCM during the analysis and design of ASBPO Blood Pathogen Donor Alert Compendium components that include, a (SKOS compliant) semantic layer, Templates, Archetypes and a federated Registry / Repository.
