 To BCM TC Members:

Congratulations! 6 out of 8 voting members voted in the affirmative, with no
negative votes. BCM is now (almost) officially an OASIS Standard. Almost because
the official doesn't happen until I send out the official email to members,
which will happen today.

The next thing I'll need is a new copy of the Standard with updated information
on the cover page/running footers indicating OASIS Standard, 18 April 2006 (the
date the ballot closed). See http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/ for further
information if necessary. Of course I'll be more than happy to answer any
questions. As soon as I get the new file I'll get the OASIS home page and
standards page updated with the appropriate links.
