FYI !
I have translated my FAD presentation explaining why we need Public controlled PSQA portals based on eFolders and OASIS true SOA standards.
 
Specially the introduction slides are crusial in understanding why we need Political involvement.
 
Pricewaterhouse Coopers( IT Effectivness og Performance Improvement department) is now looking into these ideas seeing if they can help us !
