The ballot to approve rechartering has passed

Members of the BDX TC,

The ballot to approve rechartering the BDX TC has passed with 8 yeas
and 1 abstention. See
http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/bdx/ballot.php?id=2207
for details.

A new Kavi group has been created for the TC. I will send an
announcement of the recharter to the OASIS membership along with an
invitation to join the TC and take part in its revised activities.

As a reminder, you will all need to join the revised TC just as you
would a new TC. The current BDX Kavi group will close the day before
the first meeting under the new charter.
