To whom it may concern, ph-xhe (https://github.com/phax/ph-xhe) is successfully using the Exchange Header Envelope (XHE) Version 1.0 Committee Specification 02 as released on September 05 2019 in accordance with the mandatory conformance clauses specified therein and OASIS policy.
