Dear all,
as agreed during the call I verified the possibility to distribute of the editable version of the ETSI report to facilitate the commenting work. 
This in fact is possible as per the ETSI-OASIS MoU provided that that its dissemination is strictly limited to the members of OASIS.
The document and the comment template are attached here.
Sonia Compans, in copy to this message, is the Technical Officer of the ESI TC, she can answer in case of any further question related to the MoU.

TC VOTE: FULL MAJORITY VOTE ON WHETHER TO APPROVE THE CURRENT WORKING DRAFT OF THE LOCATION SERVICES AND DYNAMIC DISCOVERY SPECIFICATION AS A COMMITTEE DRAFT

It was established that a quorum had been reached with 100% participation of voting members.

Pim van der Eijk made a motion to vote for the current draft of the Location Services and Dynamic Discovery specification to become Committee Draft Specification. The motion was seconded by Kenneth Bengtsson. The current draft is located here:
All present members approved of the motion.

Dale Moberg made a motion to commence an initial 30-day public review of the above Committee Draft Specification. The motion was seconded by Kenneth Bengtsson. All present members approved of the motion.

ETSI STUDY ON STANDARDIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR E-DELIVERY SERVICES

Andrea Caccia presented an overview of ETSI special report SR 019 530 (Rationalised framework of Standards for Electronic Delivery Applying Electronic Signatures) currently open for public review.

The document describes implementations of 4-corner model business exchange architectures with overviews of existing standards and implementations in Europe, including descriptions of the European LSP’s mentioned in this TC’s charter. ETSI requests the TC’s input to their public review. Kenneth will start commenting into an ETSI template and share with the TC mailing list to collect input to ETSI. The deadline for submitting input is November 15 2013.

DOCUMENT STATUS

SMP specification: Kenneth to coordinate with Sven to share workload.
Architecture description: Sander requested that any existing documents on 4-corner architecture descriptions to be uploaded to the TC repository to facilitate the work. Klaus will look for any existing PEPPOL and OpenPEPPOL documents, and Andrea will check with ETSI if any documents can be share and reused or referenced.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS
