1) Vote to request a Special Majority Vote for approving the Business Document Envelope Committee Draft Specification 02 / Public Review Draft 02 as Committee Specification. The Business Document Envelope Committee Draft Specification 02 was approved as approved as Committee Draft Specification at our meeting June 10 2015.
