AGENDA:

1) Input for BDE 1.1

2) Caching of SMP records and general scalability of BDXL+SMP

Follow up on discussion initiated by Erlend and Sven at last meeting.

3) Use of HTTPS with SMP

DIGIT has brought up a possible issue with the SMP specification in that section 3.2 states that only HTTP is allowed (as is the case in PEPPOL) while 3.6 allows for the use of HTTPS. Action to be reviewed by the TC.
