I have on my list to draft a section regarding the use of encryption with multiple ToParties as well as an example using XML Enc. I think it’s important to include these as well. That aside I will read through the document this week and let you know if I have any comments (though I don’t expect so).

prepare a Committee Specification Draft 02 / Public Review Draft 02 
in advance of the meeting.  Kenneth then has the options with which 
to proceed as he sees fit.

This incorporates the change in cardinality for ToParty.  At the same 
time I threw in the latest XAdES schemas, and I moved them to the 
extension component that our users can change without affecting the 
integrity of the read-only schema fragments.

Please let me know ASAP regarding anything that needs to be fixed, so 
that I can make the time before the next meeting to get another draft prepared.
