Chet and TC,

The last paragraph of Appendix B of Business Document Metadata Service
Location Version 1.0states that a "Sample implementation of _javascript_
invocation mechanisms for browsers via Ajax and for shell command lines
are provided in a zipped package accompanying this specification."  That
ZIP file seems to be missing (or rather there is a ZIP file but it just
has the specifications in three formats).  Referenced package is
available from:
https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=48356
