We will be happy to reopen the subject should more information
be submitted. SMP 2.0 XML SCHEMA Discussion deferred for next meeting. NEW JIRA TICKET https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/BDXR-22 The subject has been discussed previously where it was agreed that the interpretation of the content of the encoding attribute must follow the HTTP specification, and is not specified
