Subject: Proposed teleconference scheduling for BDXR and UBL TCs
Fellow BDXR and UBL TC members,Kenneth and I have looked at the combinations of meeting times and we are recommending the following. Remember that the one weekly technical committee is comprised of two parts, the Pacific call and the Atlantic call. Attendance at at least one of the calls is necessary to be considered as having attended that week's meeting.
If you are looking for a pattern, per tradition we're keeping the Atlantic calls always at the same time in Europe (so as not to go into dinner time), and we're keeping the Pacific calls always at the same time in North America (so as not to get too late at night).
Looking at the year ahead, all dates are Wednesdays UTC (though BDXR only meets every second Wednesday) which makes the Pacific call on Tuesday evenings for those west of UTC:
