Subject: Comments regarding the WSDL defined in the BIAS SOAP Profile v1.0

While reviewing the WSDL that is part of the BIAS SOAP Profile v1.0 Committee Draft (http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/35604/biasprofile-1.0-cd-01.pdf) I noticed the following items:
  1. Line 1038 - No tns prefix for type ProcessingOptionsType
  2. Line 1044 - No tns prefix for type InformationType
  3. Line 1126 - base attribute defined as xsd:unsignedLong when subsequent enumeration values are strings
  4. Line 1392 - First of many lines that have the iso-iec19785-3-7 prefix/namespace that is not resolveable to a XML schema definition
  5. Line 3093, 3230 - No tns prefix for type Score
  6. Line 3244 - First of many lines (3244 - 3415) that have no tns prefix for elements in the wsdl:part
  7. Line 3418 - There are no corresponding wsdl:fault declared in the wsdl:portType/wsdl:operation elements (3418 - 3543) for the wsdl:fault elements declared in the wsdl:binding/wsdl:operation

I also would like to understand if the XML schema that you intend to back the iso-iec19785-3-7 prefix/namespace items is a previously published standard or a deliverable along with the BIAS Profile 1.0 WSDL?  Either way can you point me to this XML schema so I can review this as well?
