        Please try to RSVP to meeting invitations. 

If we can determine that we will not meet quorom before hand, we can reschedule the meeting without having to mark anyone as absent (and subsequently losing their voting rights). 

Even if we do not achieve quorum, meetings count towards voter eligibility. Remember that if you have missed two consecutive meetings, you cannot vote until you have attended two consecutive meetings.
