BIAS Document

TC Members,

Please take some time to go through the BIAS SOAP Profile that was uploaded a few weeks ago. The document is publically available at https://www.oasis-open.org/committees/document.php?document_id=57598&wg_abbrev=bioserv. I intend to call a vote to move this to a committee specification draft at our April 5^th meeting.
