Request: Please do not set Applied Status on an ISSUE in JIRA

Could I please ask that you do not set the status to “Applied” in JIRA after you’ve done your updates. I think we should change the status after the SC has met and reviewed the updates BUT before submitting it to the TC.

 

This will help (me at least) better track what we need to review and then submit.
