Here's a proposal for issue BP-17 (Conformance Targets)

BPEL4People spec:
================
- BPEL4People Definition  (from Jira)
   BPEL4People Definition is a WS-BPEL 2.0 process definition that  
uses the BPEL4People extensions to
   WS-BPEL 2.0 specified in this document

- BPEL4People Processor (from Jira)
   A BPEL4People Processor is any implementation that accepts a  
BPEL4People definition and executes the
   semantics defined in this document


WS-HT spec:
==========
- WS-HumanTask Definition (from Jira)
   A WS-HumanTask Definition is any artifact that complies with the  
human interaction schema and additional
   constraints defined in this document

- WS-HumanTask Processor (from Jira)
   A WS-HumanTask Processor is any implementation that accepts a WS- 
HumanTask definition and executes
   the semantics in this document

- WS-HumanTask Parent  (new)
   A WS-HumanTask Parent is any implementation that supports the  
Interoperable Protocol for Advanced
   Interactions with Human Tasks as defined in this document

- WS-HumanTask Client (new)
   A WS-HumanTask Client is any implementation that uses the  
Programming Interfaces of the WS-HumanTask
   Processor.
