Frank - this is an excellent draft - thank you.

Alex, Phil - when you joined I recall you making a comment that you had to read the spec quite a few times in order to assemble the mental model that Frank has described. So you are probably the best TC members to comment on whether Frank has covered all the conceptual bases in this draft.
