as decided in today's working session on sub-tasks and routing patterns, we want to create official TC issues for the remaining open issues we've collected.

Issue: Sequential routing pattern & sub-tasks

Proposed by: sub-task / routing pattern working session team

Target: WS-HT

Issue Description:
Does the sequential routing pattern have to be realized via sub-tasks? As an alternative option a single task could be processed by multiple people in a row, by programatically triggering delegates on the task. The proposal would be to enable both implementation options.
