[bpel4people] New Issue: Usage of Term "People Activity" in WS-HT

WS-HumanTask CD 04 revision 04, section 3.2 Composite Tasks and Sub Tasks,
second paragraph

Description:

This paragraph has a sentence "Therefore the existence of sub tasks usually
won’t be visible on people activity level".

There is no concept of people activities in WS-HT and there must not be a
reference to BPEL4People.

Proposal:

Drop this sentence.
