OASIS Voting Rights

Somewhat late in the day, but ...

I have clarified with OASIS staff that with respect to gaining and losing of voting rights, there is no need for the chair to wait until the minutes of a TC meeting are formally approved at the following TC meeting. The chair is expected, and has the authority, to update attendance in Kavi at the conclusion of a TC meeting and any changes in voting status take effect immediately upon doing so. Note doing it this way avoids any ambiguity re establishing quorum.

In any event, I will continue to post the attendance as recorded in Kavi in the minutes - please continue to review for accuracy.
