Issue Description:

Batch operations allow to apply the same operation with the same data to multiple task, e.g. set the priority of multiple tasks to the same value. However it is currently not possible to apply the same operation to multiple tasks but with different data, e.g. set the priority of multiple tasks to new values, or complete multiple tasks with different output data, etc.

Extend all batch operations to allow applying the same operation to multiple tasks with different data.
