Subject: RE: [bpel4people] BPEL4People Committee Spec Ballot Motion

Thanks. One administrative errata for TC Admin's ballot: The authoritative URI of WS-HumanTask (for the cross reference) is in fact:

http://docs.oasis-open.org/bpel4people/ws-humantask-1.1-spec-cd-10.doc

i.e. the doc not the pdf file.

[bpel4people] BPEL4People Committee Spec Ballot Motion

Hi,

Our BPEL4People PRD 4 is now officially over, and as expected there were no comments received, see:

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/bpel4people/email/archives/201006/msg00019.html
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/bpel4people-comment/

Therefore I would like to move the following motion. Could Luc please second the motion and then I'll set up a Web ballot for it. As I am on vacation next week I will set up the Web ballot to complete on Friday July 23rd (10 days, 3 more than required). Note there will be separate motions and ballots for BPEL4People and WS-HumanTask.

Motion: All comments from public reviews having been addressed, the BPEL4people TC moves to ask TC Admin to initiate and conduct a formal ballot to approve BPEL4People CD9 / PRD3 as referenced in

http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/bpel4people/email/archives/201005/msg00010.html
http://docs.oasis-open.org/bpel4people/bpel4people-1.1-spec-cd-09.pdf

as an OASIS Committee Specification. As part of this motion the TC also notes and requests:

1. As per section 2.19 of the OASIS process, the TC wishes to adopt a Designated Cross Reference Change.
2. The TC acknowledges that that approval and publication of the specification may be delayed by the Designated Cross-Reference Changes.
3. The full list of one requested Designated Cross Reference Change follows.

Current name, version and revision number: WS-HumanTask Version 1.1 CD 10 / PRD 4
Current URI:
http://docs.oasis-open.org/bpel4people/ws-humantask-1.1-spec-cd-10.pdf
Expected approval status: Committee Specification
Expected approval date of the cross referenced specification: Same as approval date for BPEL4People
