ideas for charter

Here is what I see the charter for the messaging sub-committee as being.
Comments, suggestions, additions welcome.

- to research XML messaging / protocol work (including but not necessarily
limited to SOAP, W3C XML Protocol, ebXML Messaging Service)
- to liaise with the groups responsible for such work (W3C XML Protocol WG,
ebXML TRP Team)
- to provide information on such work to other BTP sub-committees
- to develop an XML representation of the messages designed by the BTP
models sub-committee
- to describe such XML representations as XML schemas
- to define binding to one or more protocol
- to provide the BTP specification sub-committee with material describing
XML representation, schemas and bindings
