BTP messaging agenda

Suggested agenda:

 

1. Underlying protocol(s) - no more than 10 minute discussion as this could take us down a rat hole

2. General principles in mapping abstract messages to concrete messages - 20 minutes

3. Make a start with particular mappings to SOAP (as a strawman) - 30 minutes

 

The principal purpose of this call is to get started on actions that will lead to us having a strawman concrete message binding to something like SOAP by the F2F next week.
