Detail: In the presence of subcoordinators or subcomposers in the transaction tree(ct_root: context for the root composer/coordinator, ct_sub1/2/..: context of the subcomposer/subcoordinator), 1) What's the relationship of ct_root with ct_sub1/2/..? 2) What's the relationship of ct_sub1 with ct_sub2? 3) Does ct_sub1 has a ref to ct_root or vice versa? 4) Does ct_root span to participarnts that are not immediate?
