Page 11, change 'has to' at end of paragraph 3 to ‘should have’, since we all know that heuristics happen that can’t be resolved, and catastrophic failures also occur.

seems reasonable.

 

Proposed solution: sentence will read 

 

Those parties which are confirmed create an atomic unit, within which the business transaction should have a consistent final effect.
