[bt-spec] Additions to the conformance section

Dear Bill,

 

I have had a look through the 'Conformance Requirements for Specifications' V 0.4 (14 Jan 02) plus some of the suggestions in previous messages.  I would like to suggest some additions to our present Conformance section.  I suggest we retain the current text and add at the current end of that section.  I wonder what you and the rest of the BTP spec team think.  Please let me know whether you feel these additions are worthwhile or not.  I do not wish to start a great debate.  If anyone has a strong objection to any statement I propose to add, then I would propose withdrawing it.

 

PS I apologise to you all for calling you Drear in a previous message today - completely unintended.  Being an actual word it slipped through my normally vigilant spell checker!
