BTP Issue 11 : Clean up qualifiers in XML Schema

Description:
The schema currently represents qualifiers to have the name 'qualifier', rather then the name of the actual qualifier. Just need to define a qualifier type rather than a 'qualifier' element. Also, the predefined qualifiers (like btpq:transaction-timelimit, btpq:inferior-timeout and btpq:minimum-timeout) need to be added.

Also the inferior-name qualifier is missing in the element-by-element presentation of the XML.

 

One slight quirk for this is that, if it follows the pattern of the other qualifiers, it would appear to be

 

<btpq:inferior-name>

  <btpq:inferior-name>

    ...string data...

  </btpq:inferior-name >

</btpq:inferior-name >

 

 which doesn't seem quite right :-)
