[bt-spec] Minor Issue w/0.9.2.3

I'd like to raise a minor issue with the spec.

The specification makes it clear that anyone can enroll an inferior with a
superior (line 460 in the overview) but in the normative section of the
document in the description of Superior Role the text reads "Accepts
enrolements from Inferiors, establishing...", line 594.

Suggested Remedy:

Change the text to read "Accepts enrollments of Inferiors from Enrollers,
establishing..."
