Subject: [bt-spec] Editorial errors in 0.9.5
I've found or had my attention drawn to some editorial errors in 0.9.5. To avoid multiple editions, I'm not intending to release another draft yet, but you may like to know of them in case they trip you or others up. A) There are several references to "inferior-handle", an obsoleted parameter. Some of these are in references to the "inferior-list" parameter of messages that no longer have such. Abstract message definitions of PREPARE and CANCEL, description of Invalid_Inferior FAULT : drop clause beginning ", or ..." All other uses of "inferior-handle", including in xml definition become "inferior-identifier" B) In the SOAP Binding, Mapping for BTP messages (unrelated), third paragraph, the sentence doesn't parse. It's fairly hairy anyway, as there are two conditions and an implementation option to cover. The paragraph should be changed to: An “empty carrier protocol response” sent after receiving an HTTP request containing a btp:messages element in the SOAP Body when the implementation chooses just to reply at the lower level (and when the request/response exploitation rules allow an empty carrier protocol response), shall be any of: (replacing the first "and" by "when" and deleting "BTP actor") Peter ------------------------------------------ Peter Furniss Chief Scientist, Choreology Ltd web: http://www.choreology.com email: peter.furniss@choreology.com phone: +44 20 7670 1679 direct: +44 20 7670 1783 mobile: +44 7951 536168 13 Austin Friars, London EC2N 2JX
