Agreed. Interoperability here is the interoparability of the various
implementations of actors/roles of conformance profilers that are defined
in BTP.  Issue #89 as I understand, at best, may be used, amongst
others, for interoperability between different transaction protocols
(or/and systems) such as a BTP implementation  and  Tuxedo (I don't
suggest that, it is just as an example) etc.
