BT models output --> TC F2F Boston April 2001

Please find attached a Word 2000 document containing material resulting
from the work of the models sub-committee on scope and requirements,
actors and terminology, model overview, and the first draft of the
protocol messages and contracts.

It's late, so there will be some stupidities, but I hope it will prove
useful for the meeting next week. Please accept my apologies for
non-attendance: I hope it is a productive session.
