[business-transaction] BEA's submission: A BTP implementation

Dear Pal and Sanjay,

Please find attached a Word document that tries to explain why I see BTP
works very well when mapped to the scheme presented in your original
submission, while giving greater flexibility, if and only if desired by
vendors and their customers. Please let me know if I have missed
something important in your submission.

The document also contains a proposal for the spec on what I have called
"interoperability profiles".
