[business-transaction] next BT conf call

Concensus is building towards a conference call next Wednesday,
November 21st at 12 noon eastern US time.  Of the current 
respondents not everyone will be able to make the call on this 
date and time but this looks like the time when the most people 
are able to participate.

Can I get a volunteer to host the call?
