Here are my votes.

 Issue 29: Redirection

YES

From interoperability perspective, we agree with this. When such a facility
is available in XMLP and other such low level messaging protocols, we should
revise and remove it from BTP. Thereby, entirely relying on low level
messaging protocol for HA.

- Issue 41: ENROL/no-rsp-req

YES

- Issue 60: address-as-role or role-address

Requires an A/B choice with a yes vote.

YES B (role-address)

- Issue 97: Version identification on xml namespaces

YES

- Issue 99: PREPARE_INFERIORS and FAULT(InvalidInferior)

Requires an A/B choice with a yes vote.
