[business-transaction] New BTP review draft 0.9.6

I have put a new review draft of the BTP spec on the website.  In 0.9.6 the
changes marked in 0.9.5.1 are all accepted - these include the solutions to
66, 87 and 108 (which appear to have passed and some editorial corrections.
0.9.6 does have a few change-marks - these are all editorial corrections
that weren't in 0.9.5.1. (A couple of the diagrams have very minor
corrections too).


Alex is working on a re-revision of the schemas to align them with the rest
of the document. Changes should be minor.
