Proposing a meeting

Bill et al,

I would like to make a motion for consideration by this TC.  As far as I 
know, such a motion must be raised during a meeting of the group and 
cannot be submitted over email.  While I would prefer to set up a 
teleconference for next week, I suspect our quorum numbers remain 
unchanged since the previous meeting and will therefore suggest Tuesday, 
23rd September to give as many people a chance to attend.  If the group 
agrees, I would be happy to host the call.

To pick a time out of the air, how about 10:00 AM Pacific time?
