BTP workng draft (was RE: [business-transaction] Groups - BTP_revision_1.0.9.1.2004-05-05.doc uploaded)

I've just uploaded a working draft of BTP, containing the resolutions of
issues agreed so far.  The resolution of maint-8, on late enrollment,
was "Peter to provide text", which is all in 5.2.4.  I've incorporated
the various changes that Alex made for maint-7 on XML alignments, which
he earlier uploaded at the end of March.

This version does NOT include the web-service friendly changes.

I'm not quite sure what's going on with the size of these change-marked
Word documents - they seem to be doubling or quadrupling in size.
