OASIS is in the process of drafting a press release to announce the pending approval of theÂCACAO Security Playbooks V2.0 as a Committee Specification. We've targeted Wednesday, 13 December for distribution of the press release.ÂMember Recognition:
While OASIS deeply appreciates the contributions of all members, only the following Foundational and Sponsor members elect to receive promotional benefits, such as inclusion in announcements directed to the press.ÂThe subhead of theÂpress release will highlight:
- Cisco, Cyware, IBM, and U.S. NISTÂ(plus any others who join/upgrade to SponsorÂby Friday, 8 December)ÂÂ
- If you represent one of the above organizations, and you do *not* wish to be included in the press release, please notify me ASAP.
Submitting a Sponsor Quote:ÂÂ
Please note the Sponsor quote deadline: Friday, 8 December.ÂFoundational and Sponsor members participating in the CACAO TCÂmay submit aÂquoteÂ(75 words or fewer) that will be featured in the body of the press release.Â
- Email your quote to me, including the name and title of the person at your organization to whom theÂquoteÂcan be attributed,ÂbyÂFriday, 8 December.
- In addition to your 75-word quote,ÂFoundational and Sponsor members have the option to send in a 30-second video quote for a testimonial video tied to the announcement.
- If you represent a Contributor-level member, and you wish to be recognized as a leader in CACAO'sÂwork, pleaseÂcontactÂme for information on changing your membership level to take advantage of this promotional benefit. (The dues increase would be prorated based on your renewal date.)Â
Additional Marketing Efforts
We encourage all TC members to contribute to the PR related to the CACAO announcement, including the blog post (end of November) and webinar (February) that Jane Harnad described in more detail in an email to the TC last week.Â
