Subject: RE: [cam-dev] cam editor installation on 64 bit linux

Eric,

OK - it is not a plug-in - but a standalone Eclipse application.

I presume you found the LINUX distro' here:

 https://sourceforge.net/projects/camprocessor/files/

I know this works on 32bit - so I'm assuming it will run on 64bit.

Notice - first time you run it - it will throw a null pointer exception - just re-run it - and second time it will be OK (it sets up a directory folder).

Let me know if you need more help.

Thanks, DW

Hello,
I have eclipse ganymede installed on 64 bit linux (ubuntu karmic koala).
What is the correct procedure for installing the cam editor? I
assume/prefer it would be installed within eclipse to keep it
architecture/platform independent. The linux packages at sourceforge
are all for 32 bit, and the plugins within those files aren't detected
by Eclipse. Thanks for any insight. -Eric
