CAM tutorial video online

As part of the Oracle NIEM work there is now a CAM video online illustrating how to build

a new NIEM IEPD exchange using the CAM editor toolkit.

The video illustrates the various CAM tool features for dictionary based drag and drop assembly

of the exchange schema.
