Microsoft Office Information Bridge Framework & Context

Has anyone seen this yet? It's regarding the newly announced Microsoft
Office Information Bridge Framework[1] which includes a client-side
component that "interprets the context within an Office document based
on the underlying XML markup, and then connects the context to relevant
actions available from Web services."

Does this appear to overlap with CAM? Is it complementary in function?
