Wantlist and recursive annotations for CAM templating for CIQ

Just a quick note to share a couple of files for using CIQ V2 with CAM.

 

The idea is to be able to create a subset schema using a wantlist of just the elements you need from the whole CIQ v2.

 

Also - since the <Premise> content is recursive - this is annotated in the XSD to allow any XSLT processing the CIQ schema to know that and not loop indefinately.
